Aftercare Charter
All our installations are backed up by a two-year warranty for New Build installations and one year for all others. Our dedicated customer care staff liaise direct with our clients to give up to the minute reports on all service calls.
As well as supporting our own warranty maintenance work, we also undertake boiler service contracts and landlords safety inspections for housing associations, local authorities and private clients.
Technology
We have the latest technology for call reporting, which link directly to our staff PDA’s and Smart phones. Our system logs every transaction and the file remains live in our system until such time as the problem or query is resolved.

Our complete operation is backed up by our own 24-hour service.
