We offer a full programme of induction and training
We invest in our apprentices and give them the opportunity to develop a fantastic career at Woodford.  The success of our apprenticeship programme is evidenced by some going on to manage projects and progress their careers in project engineering and site management.  We recognise the importance of investing in our future and are committed to having at least 5% of our workforce earning as they learn.  It’s a joint commitment we make with our apprentices, if they are dedicated, enthusiastic to continuously learn whilst working on exciting construction projects, then there are many career opportunities available at Woodford.  To find out more, visit our careers page and register your interest, we will then be in touch should an apprentice opening arise.
