In our 27th year of operation, Woodford are extremely proud of our current AFR of 0.0 which we have held for over 18 months now. Woodford are currently working on 14 sites across London on both traditional and design & build projects and on Energy Centres, Infrastructure and Fit out. Our mechanical and electrical teams go from strength to strength on site and are constantly learning and improving the environment, quality and health & safety for our installations.
It is important to look after our site teams who have been working so hard; especially in the last 18 months; we would be doing them a disservice not to recognise how well they have all done to support the Woodford Health & Safety mantra of ‘Safe Start, Safe Finish, Never Ignore’.

Our full SHEQ team continues to grow in size; as part of this of our Quality Assurance team has doubled in recent months; with the aim of reducing snagging to continue to complete projects on time and to budget with zero accidents. We are also conscious of our wider environmental responsibilities both on site and in the office. In fact, we recently updated our site clothing which was in part manufactured with recycled plastic. We support our client’s aspirations to become carbon neutral.
Woodford FM have recently introduced an enhanced Joblogic system which compels our engineers to carryout full van checks to make sure they are all safe. The Office team review these weekly to ensure any repairs that are needed are carried out. The system also forces dynamic risk assessments for every job they complete. This enhanced way of working is demonstrably improving the health & safety of our FM operations. We are currently working on after care issues on 1000’s of units as well as carrying out energy centre maintenance, supporting assisted living developments and a rapidly expanding food retail chain amongst our usual range of PPM services.
