A prestigious commercial sector development situated in the heart of Zone 1, City Road is within walking distance of Tech City and the Square Mile. While the recent history of residential developments have solely focused on the units themselves, most of our current clients are building communities rather than just homes. As such, we are expanding our sector experience and this is a great example of a commercial project surrounded by not only residential, but leisure and retail too. 

The key to success at 250 City Road was to understand the client’s objectives and to really speak their language. Over the years, we have developed a strong relationship with Berkeley and understand their key drivers – which we were able to reflect in the tender and delivery of this office space. During the project we installed both mechanical and electrical to Cat A including lighting, power, data, fire & intruder systems as well as hot and cold water supply, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and WC installation.
